Dissolving the contents of each vial (2.5 nmol) in 0.1 ml of distilled water with its partner primer (total volume 0.2 ml) will allow for 200 PCR reactions at 1 microliter per reaction when used at 500 nM.
  Dissolving the contents of each vial (2.5 nmole) in 100µl of distilled water and mixing with its partner primer ( total volume of 200µl), it can be used for 200 PCR reactions (each reaction uses 1 µl in a 25µl volume) at 500 nM. If used at 250 nM, 400 reactions can be run.
If used at 250 nM, 400 reactions can be run.
If three or four primers are used, the above volumes would be 1.5 and 2.0 microliters, respectively, per reaction.
