There are 2 forms to complete for depositing materials in the MR4 collection.  The intellectual property rights of all depositors to BEI are protected.  Please submit the following form to disclose the distribution and ownership rights of the material to be deposited.

General MR4 collection reagent information forms for different types of reagents are provided to facilitate the deposit and scientific accessioning process. Please select and complete the appropriate reagent information form for each reagent deposit accepted into the MR4 collection.  The MR4 reagent information forms substitute for the BEI deposit form Part II.  If you are depositing other BEI materials outside of the MR4 collection please use the appropriate forms posted HERE.
